The Grammys are a farce

You know something? I am realizing that The Grammys SUCK and are pretty much worthless when judging music. Here are a few reasons why…

Nominees:

Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group

Now, disregard whoever else is nominated in this given categories. Its not really important. But just the simple fact that these idiots, these chumps, these losers, these posers like Soulja Boy and the Shop Boyz are even considered for a Grammy, let alone nominated, is a farce! These no-talent ass-clowns don’t deserve anything except a boot to the face for ruining what was once (and sometimes still is) a great genre of music.

The fact that these fools are nominated and lumped into the same category as artists like Common, Jay-Z and Kanye West is despicable.

And I ask you, does the Recording Foundation follow these guidelines when nominating bullshit like this:

“The GRAMMYs are the only peer-presented award to honor artistic achievement, technical proficiency and overall excellence in the recording industry, without regard to album sales or chart position.”

The answer is a resounding “NO.”

Look, rap and hip-hop has come a long way to even be in the Grammys and have several categories at that. “Rappers” like Soulja Boy and The Shop Boyz are doing nothing besides lowering the bar for mindless pop-rap jibberish.
