Here’s the Kobe Bryant commercial for the new Nike Hyperdunks…

Pretty impressive jump huh?

Or is it? Take a look at it again, this time with a slowed down version…

If you take a look at the shadows, the car appears to be a bit to the side.

Even though this is just an optical illusion (pretty damn sure Kobe wouldn’t risk his career for a Nike commercial, nor would the Lakers be happy about this) it is still proof that he in fact could jump over a speeding car if need be.
